What To Expect...

Join us this weekend to see for yourself what we're all about! Whether you're just starting to ask questions about God or church or you're a committed christian who is looking to go deeper in faith and fellowship, we hope you'll find a home here at Kenmore Alliance Church. Before you attend, here's WHAT TO EXPECT when you arrive...

Pick A Service

We have two services on Sundays: 9:00am and 11:00am. These services are identical.

Just Show Up!

You are welcome at Kenmore Alliance! We have new visitors all the time! Our parking area is right on campus and provides handicap parking along the perimeter of the building and at the front entrance. We also have a convenient drop-off area. You will be greeted by our First Impressions Team who will help direct you where you would like to go!

Ask For Help

The folks at the Connection Center in the foyer would be glad to point you in the right direction. If you do leave with any unanswered questions, or were just wanting to get a glimpse of the atmosphere, please feel free to contact any of the Leadership personally by email or by the main church telephone line: 716.876.5570

Where Is The "Worship Center"?

The "Worship Center" is located right off the lobby. Ushers will be standing by to provide you with directions. When entering through any of the 3 entrances to the sanctuary, you are welcome to any seat. There is still one section marked off which is fully masked. There is also additional seating in our West Worship Center.

What Kind Of Church Is Kenmore Alliance?

Kenmore Alliance is a Christian church that seeks and promotes a personal relationship with God. (See What We Believe) We are fully committed to the truths of the Bible. We strive to communicate those truths in a relevant and understandable way for many that face real issues and are looking for answers. We have discovered that those answers are only found in a personal walk with Jesus Christ. We consider ourselves to be real people; not perfect, just forgiven sinners that have experienced a love and acceptance that we joyfully share with others.

What Are Your Services Like?

We work hard to make sure your experience at Kenmore Alliance is one that is authentic, welcoming and fulfilling. Our services feature a live music band and occasional multi-media presentations that introduce a theme for each message. Our preaching pastor, Charles Jones, or another speaker present a message from the Bible that is relevant to our lives today and helps enlighten the Bible and its truth for everyday application.

How Will I Know Where To Go?

Our Welcome Desk in the foyer is staffed with helpful volunteers who can answer any of your questions.

Will You Ask Me For Money?

No. If you are a guest at Kenmore Alliance, you have NO obligation to open your wallet. In fact, we don't want anyone to give money out of guilt or obligation. Those of us who have made KAC our church home, give back to God and His church, a portion of what he has graciously given us...with grateful and joyful hearts.

What Should I Wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in. People who attend Kenmore Alliance wear everything from business wear or jeans, to shorts and sandals. Some dress formal (suit or dress) and some don't. Feel free to come comfortable!

What's The Music Like?

We have a live band and worship team that lead us using a variety of music styles. Our musicians and singers are volunteers and servants that do a great job of leading us in worship.

Will I Have To Sign Anything Or Be Singled Out In Any Way?

We certainly want to get to know you, but we want you to be comfortable as well. We will NEVER ask you to wear a visitor badge or stand up and introduce yourself. We want you to remain as anonymous as you want to be. We promise not to knock on your door or call you — unless you ask us to. We provide Connection Cards in the chair backs if you'd like to contact us about your visit.

What About My Kids?

Check-in is located in the Lobby. You'll want to stop there before service begins. Kids will join parents for worship and then be dismissed to meet their small group leaders in the lobby. Babies 0-2 yrs can go to the nursery directly after check-in.

While you enjoy the worship service, we offer opportunities of fun and learning in a variety of age-appropriate kid's ministries. Our Nursery is available for both services on Sunday and is equipped with a numbered-tag security system. We are a church that is in compliance with "Safe Place" and are staffed with church volunteers complete with background checks, so as to ensure your child's safety.

While we expect that your children will enjoy these activities, you are always welcome to keep them with you during the service if you prefer. We also offer a "Quiet Corner" that will allow you to enjoy the service with a fussy little one!  Nursing rooms are located here for those looking for a little more privacy. Check with the Welcome Desk if you have any questions about where your child(ren) should go.

What Do You Have For Teenagers?

No high school groups at this time on Sundays. Students are encouraged to worship in the main services.

Middle Schoolers are encouraged to join their parents for services. At 10:00am (between services), there is a Middle School class that meets weekly.

Our Student Ministries team offers a full slate of activities and spiritual development opportunities for Middle School (grades 6-8) and Senior High (grades 9-12) on Tuesday evenings in the Youth Center.
